Join Our Next Roundtable - TV Apps Go Mainstream: Risks and Rewards

January 29, 2012 - 12:53pm

This year's CES, and the showroom floor of your local Best Buy, showed that apps on televisions are set to go mainstream. Consumers are going from talking about streaming video, games and other content over the Internet to their TV, to just doing it on a more widespread basis. And all this will be done with apps on your TV. In other words, the TV is becoming a really huge version of today's smartphones and tablets. That means huge opportunity...and risk in terms of timing, platforms, and content strategy. Our next roundtable will explore the current state of the TV app industry and how best to capture the potential of this market without falling victim to the hype.
When: March 16, 2012 at 8am
Where: Robinson & Cole, 1055 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT
Cost: $25 - breakfast will be service; roundtables limited to 24 attendees.
