In more Connecticut Innovations (CI) news, newly relocated LiveClips received a $1 million funding boost from the quasi-public authority. The Stamford company will utilize the Eli Whitney Fund investment to boost its live sports action offerings to fans with in-game video clips on smartphones, tablets, PCs and other Internet-enabled devices. CI Managing Director of Investments, Russ Tweeddale, will be on LiveClips’ Board of Directors.
