The Triple Screen Roundtable Series
Presents a Roundtable Discussion on
From Print to Digital
Host: The Samsung Experience
Media Sponsor: Newsweek
Producer: The Fortex Group
Producer: The Fortex Group
The Print to Digital Roundtable Series will explore how print media companies are not simply shifting to digital strategies, but how they are reinventing their businesses for a world where media is delivered through the PC, mobile, TV and, yes, in print as well. The series will examine both the challenges and their evolving solutions from several key industry and company perspectives including editorial, creative, marketing and monetization.
To ensure a diverse group of viewpoints and opinions, attendance to the roundtables will be by invitation only and restricted to no more than 24 participants. The first roundtable, to be held the week of June 1, will address the following questions:
· What are the challenges for traditionally print-based companies as their core business goes digital?
· How do they create new multi-billion dollar revenue streams?
· How does a company accustomed to having eyes focused on paper capture the very fragmented attention span of today’s consumer?
· What type of usage does the social part of social media get, how is it growing and how can it be monetized?
(Note: We have confirmed several lead roundtable participants including executives from the Wall Street Journal, Newsweek, Nielsen and Kaplan).
