CT Digital Media to launch the Springboard Incubator

CT Digital Media is preparing to announce a new incubator program for digital media startups in Connecticut.   The Springboard Incubator is a combination of common space where startups and experienced entrepreneurs-in-residence can work together along with programs designed to help accelerate access to opportunities. 

For example, for startups looking to sell or work with media companies, we'll be running a program where senior executives from the larger media companies in Connecticut provide feedback on product and services.

Innovation Pipeline Awards - categories include new media/internet company of the year (apply today)

The Connecticut Technology Council will reprise its 2007 Innovation Pipeline Awards at a networking reception on September 16, 2008 at the Dolce Innovation & Leadership Center in Norwalk. This awards program will celebrate smaller, emerging technology companies. It will include a "poster fair" at which some of the state’s most notable emerging companies will be present.

Apply for the CTC's award for fastest growing new media/internet company

The Connecticut Technology Council will celebrate the fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut late this fall.

This awards program is a new awards program in 2008 and will recognize technology companies on the basis of revenue growth. To be eligible companies need to have been in business for at least four years and have fourth year revenues of least $3 Million.
